Looking for something downright spooky to do on Halloween? Or just have some family-friendly fun? Here is a list of ways to celebrate Halloween this weekend in Brantford! Spend an afternoon at Branlyn Community Centre and enjoy some treats and crafts, or head over to Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and splash into the halloween season! Enjoy an old-fashioned Halloween Fun Fair at Bell Homestead and ride ponies or get your face painted. Love to get scared? Head over to Brantwood Farms for their Ghost Encounters!

Monster Mash Halloween Party

Crock A Doodle, 299 Wayne Gretzky Parkway, Brantford

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Admission: $30 (Pre-registration required)

Visit Crock a Doodle for a special Friday Fun Night – Halloween Style! This Monster Mash Party will be a mash-up of all your favourite things: halloween pottery, painting, halloween ativities and games, pizza, and lots of spooky fun. Each little monster will create their own monster mug to enjoy for lots of Halloweens to come. This event is for school aged monsters, ages 5-12. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

Calling all mini ghouls, goblins, princesses and superheroes! This spooktacular party will have you screaming with fun! Our staff is prepared to give you the best Halloween kick-off with themed games, crafts, activities and treats with no tricks.

Admission: Free

Visit the Brantford Visitor & Tourism Centre anytime during our hours of operation on Saturday for a trick-or-treating practice round. Bring your kids in costume and they will receive a treat—that’s no trick! Colouring pages will also be available, so you can stay and play or take yours to go.

Ghost Encounters

Admission: Haunted Barn - $5, Haunted Hayride - $10

Ghost Encounters at Brantwood Farms has now been scaring attendees for 26 years! This spooktacular annual event runs the last two Friday and Saturday nights of October, with proceeds going to the Participation House in Brantford.
