Egg-cellent Easter Activities

Easter will be here on Sunday, April 12, 2020 and to celebrate Brantford has a few different Easter activities to kick off your holiday festivities. Mark your calendars, grab a basket and hop on over to Brantford on Easter weekend and choose from three fantastic egg hunts offered in the City. Or better yet – do them all! 

Easter Egg-Stravaganza

Brantwood Farms, 251 Powerline Rd., Brantford

Friday, April 10 – Sunday, April 12, 2020

10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (with timed entry every hour) 

Visit scenic Brantwood Farms and take a hayride around the farm to their hunt location and hunt for Easter eggs at the Magic Forest. Exchange the eggs you find for tasty Easter treats. Activities include: colouring pages, pedal tractors, farm animals to visit and bouncy animals. (Some activities are weather dependent). This is a ticketed event with timed entry at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30. Tickets are required for all participants, and the price points vary between child and adult. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance of your start time, so you don’t miss your hayride!

Easter Eggstravaganza

Branlyn Community Centre, 238 Brantwood Park Rd., Brantford

1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Visit Branlyn Community Centre for the City of Brantford’s Easter Eggstravaganza party! Enjoy Easter crafts, play some Easter games and, of course, hunt for Easter Eggs.

 

Easter Egg Hunt

Myrtleville House, 34 Myrtleville Dr., Brantford

Saturday, April 11, 2020

10:30 a.m. sharp 

Brant Historical Society’s Myrtleville House Museum presents their annual Easter Egg Hunt with fun for all ages. The hunt begins at 10:30 a.m. sharp and ends at 11:00 a.m. Remember to BYOB (bring your own basket!) to participate in the hunt, and enjoy free crafts and refreshments before the hunt. There will be tours of the historic house at 11:00 a.m. following the hunt. Admission is by donation.
