16th Annual Brant Studio Tour

Salt Baby

This 90 minute theatrical representation depicts the experience of an aboriginal woman trying to maneuver through life as a fairer skinned, curly haired native both on the reserve and in the city. Growing up on the reserve, often referred to as a “Salt Baby”, writer Falen Johnson tells her story.
