The City of Brantford Economic Development and Tourism Department, County of Brant Tourism and Six Nations of the Grand River Tourism are excited to announce the arrival of the 2017 Spring/Summer Signature Experience Guide. This semi-annual publication highlights key attractions and experiences throughout the area and celebrates the launch of the updated microsite, ExploretheGrand.com.
The Signature Experience Guide Spring/Summer Edition features cultural attractions in the area, places to dine out and shop, festivals and events, an overview map, an easy-to-read accommodations chart, beautiful images and much more.
“We were very pleased with the response to the first year of the Signature Experience Guide project and are excited to launch a second year of this campaign,” said Nicole Drake, Manager, Tourism and Marketing, City of Brantford.
“A testament to the success of the campaign has been responding to inquiries from residents as to when the new guide will be released and when the online version will be ready. Our own residents are just as excited as out-of-towners to access the coupons and experience savings while enjoying the magnificent destinations within their own backyards. Brant Tourism is very proud to be a part of that success with our partners in Brantford and Six Nations of the Grand River,” said Russell Press, Supervisor of Tourism and Community Development, County of Brant.
In total, 60,000 Signature Experience Guides have been printed and will soon be available in high traffic areas such as hotels, restaurants and signature attractions throughout Brantford, County of Brant and Six Nations of the Grand River. Guides will also be distributed through the 400-series highways and border cities. Copies of the guide can be picked up at the Brantford Visitor and Tourism Centre, County of Brant offices or Six Nations of the Grand River Tourism.
“A key component of the campaign is the website, explorethegrand.com, where people can get more information and begin their travel plans to our area,” said Constance Jamieson, Tourism Manager, Six Nations Tourism.
The new Signature Experience Guide can be viewed online at www.explorethegrand.com. The website also features special offers and coupons to various attractions throughout Brantford, County of Brant and Six Nations of the Grand River.
The Signature Experience Guide would not be possible without the support of our local advertisers and we thank them for their participation in this campaign. The guide is a key fulfillment piece for delegates who attend meetings and conventions in the area as well as sport event participants and tournament athletes.
The Fall/Winter Edition of the Signature Experience Guide will be released in September 2017. For more information about the Fall/Winter campaign, contact Kara Davey at Tourism Brantford by calling 519-751-9900 or email email@example.com.
