The Crew Real Estate is bringing five of Canada’s most electrifying entertainers to Brantford for a FREE show! The All Star Block Party with Q’s Crew features Brantfordian and North Park Collegiate alum, Q-Mack, and four other entertainment sensations who have joined forces on a nationwide tour. It all kicks off with a FREE family-friendly show on Monday, June 12th at 7:00 p.m. at Walter Gretzky Elementary School! Seating is limited and only available on a first come/first serve basis, so arrive early to catch all the action.
Children will be star-struck and amazed to see the mystifying tricks performed by Q and his crew, and with key anti-bullying messaging focusing on ‘being an All-Star by making All-Star choices,’ students will be challenged and encouraged to persevere and learn new skills. Collectively, Q’s Crew has performed for 10 million people across the globe and now you can experience the live energy of these talented YouTube stars:
Q-Mack – Professional Basketball Entertainer and Nike-signed athlete, Q-Mack is like a one man “walking carnival” with over 100 slick tricks including his signature SkyScraper with the ball spinning 25 feet above the stage. He has personally performed for MVP’s Lebron James, Shaquille O’Neal and Steve Nash and currently entertains/hosts for the NBA.
J-Box – 2012 Canadian Beatboxing Champion Scott Jackson (aka J-Box) is a vocal wizard and this man of a hundred sound effects shows you the true meaning of a “one man band.” A finalist on the TV show, “Canada’s Got Talent,” you’ll see why Q-Mack calls him the Human I-Pod and why he’s hands down of the very best beatboxers in the world.
JUS FLY – Lebron James crowned him the BEST dunker on the planet and JUS FLY is certainly one of the highest flyers to ever lace up a pair of basketball shoes. He has won over 50 major dunk titles across the globe including The World Slam Dunk Championship and the NBA Sprite Dunk Contest.
Magnet – the 2014 Canadian Freestyle Soccer Champion dazzles the crowd with a fierce frenzy of fancy footwork that he performed for a sold-out crowd of 65,000 fans during the World Cup qualifiers at the Argentina vs. Brazil game in New York City.
James Murray – A breakdancing legend, Murray will dazzle crowds with his out-of-this world rhythm and movement. Just try and sit still while you watch this dynamic and engaging performance.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m. on Monday at Walter Gretzky Elementary School, so be there early to catch all the action and welcome Q-Mack back to his hometown for what is sure to be an evening of unforgettable FREE performances and a chance to win cool NBA All-Star jerseys! Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods as a donation to The Brantford Food Bank will be made after the show.
