The DT Concert Series is back for their 2nd season, and tickets – like last year – are sure to sell out quickly. The DT Concert Series is a monthly live music event presented from September to May at the Dominion Telegraph Event Centre (Paris). The intimate, historic venue, with exposed brick, rustic beams, and breathtaking views of the Grand River, is the perfect setting for live music.
Tim Des Islets, who is also the founder of Noisemaker, an artist management and development company, created the DT Concert Series in 2016. After moving from Toronto, Des Islets sought to establish a new music scene to introduce local audiences to incredibly talented artists from across Canada. The first Series launched in November 2016 with seven shows that sold out quickly, and local fans and tourists have been itching to scoop up their tickets for the 2017-2018 lineup.
The 2017-18 lineup for the DT Concert Series is:
Thursday, September 21 – Royal Wood
Thursday, October 19 - David Myles
Thursday, November 16 - Joey Landreth Trio
Wednesday, December 6 - The Once
Thursday, January 18 - Ron Sexsmith
Thursday, February 15 - The East Pointers
Thursday, March 22 - William Prince Music
