This holiday season enjoy many different craft bazars where you can purchase unique gifts such as black ash baskets, corn husk dolls, silver jewellery, hand-made moccasins, and beaded fancies! Be sure to arrive early, as vendors often sell out of their handmade crafts. This tour also features the Taste of the Season food and preserves sale at Mohawk Chapel.

This annual show provides the public with the opportunity to purchase a variety of art work donated by local artists.  Whether you’re an avid art collector or new to the game, this is a wonderful chance to acquire some beautiful pieces.  The proceeds go to support local charities, and a donation is made to the Steadman Hospice on behalf of the Artist’s Guild.

This year, the 26th Annual juried show will display the work of 27 local area artists and crafters, members of the Kindred Spirits Artisans of Paris. Their unique talents range from creating pottery pieces, various sized quilts, fabric art pieces, felted art and wearables, chalk art, mixed media, watercolour, acrylic, and pastel paintings in all shapes and sizes, fused glass, beaded and Swarovski jewellery, gourd art that can sound like “thunder,” soap products, silk scarves, among many other offerings.

who served their country during times of war, military conflict and peace. In keeping with tradition, The City of Brantford’s services take place at the Cenotaph at the corner of Brant Ave. & Dalhousie St. at 11:00 am. Let us take this opportunity to remember, with deep respect and immense gratitude, those who have served and what they have done for people and communities around the world. There will also be FREE Brantford Transit & Brantford Lift service for riders traveling to and from the Brant War Memorial from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
