At 11:00 a.m. on November 11 each year, Canadians honour the courage and sacrifice of those who served their country during times of war, military conflict, and peace. Each year, the City of Brantford proudly joins their fellow Canadians in paying tribute to those who have defended and promoted Canadian values of freedom, democracy, and human rights.
The City of Brantford’s Remembrance Day ceremonies will be held on Saturday, November 11 starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Brant War Memorial/Cenotaph on the corner of Brant Avenue and Dalhousie Street. Reserved seating will be available at the Cenotaph for veterans and their spouses. In the event of inclement weather, the service will be held in the Armouries Building at the corner of Brant Avenue and Colborne Street.
Please join us on November 11 to pay tribute to the men and women who selflessly served and continued to serve our great country.
